Grant applications are considered at the Board's regularly scheduled meetings in February, May, August, and November.

To receive consideration, the grant applications must be submitted as shown below:

February Meeting - prior to January 16th

May Meeting - prior to April 16th

August Meeting - prior to July 16th

November Meeting - prior to October 16th
